For all orders within Nairobi, deliveries are made via third-party motorcycle riders to ensure same-day or next-day delivery depending on availability and location.

• Delivery charges will be communicated at the time of purchase.

• Delivery times may vary based on rider availability, weather, or traffic conditions.

• Please ensure accurate address details and contact information are provided to facilitate smooth delivery.

2. Delivery Outside Nairobi

For orders outside Nairobi, we partner with reputable courier service providers.

• Delivery fees for upcountry or out-of-town orders are charged based on the courier service provider’s rates.

• Customers will be informed of applicable charges before dispatch.

• Delivery timelines depend on the destination and the courier service’s terms.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed promptly upon payment confirmation.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

4. Responsibility

• Once the item has been handed over to the rider or courier service, the responsibility for delivery lies with the third party.

• We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss once the item is in transit, but we will do our best to assist with any issues that arise.
