We deliver across Kenya, quickly and carefully. Here's what to expect once your order is confirmed.

Delivery times

Within Nairobi: same-day delivery.
Outside Nairobi (countrywide): delivered within 3 days.

Delivery times begin once your order has been confirmed. During busy periods or for locations far from our stores, timing may vary slightly — we'll always let you know.

Delivery charges

Free delivery on all orders above KES 30,000.

For orders below KES 30,000, a standard delivery charge applies. The exact charge depends on your location and is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is finalised — no surprises.

How ordering works

Orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp. Add the pieces you love to your bag, tap “Checkout on WhatsApp,” and our team will confirm your items, delivery details, and any applicable charge before dispatch.

You're also welcome to visit any of our shops in Nairobi and buy in person.
